Biography
My Grandfather Mack Fortenberry, worked at the horse barn for many years. He was very tall and thin. I remember he smoked a pipe, tilted his chair back sitting on the back porch and drank his coffee from a saucer. His eyes were blue and had a twinkle seemed to have a twinkle in them. There was a bench downtown by the drugstore where he and his friends would sit and talk everyday.
