Biography
Hubert Joseph Fossier was born July 23, 1922 to Frederick Fossier and Anaise (Hymel) Fossier.
He married Margaret Gloria Ross on Feb 9, 1946.[1]
Together they became the parents of Jackie (Fossier) Cox.
Hubert passed away Aug.11, 2005 in Houston, Texas [2] and was buried at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston.
