Biography

Harvey John Foster was born on November 16, 1903, in Boston, Summit County, Ohio. He was the son of Todd Foster and Jessie McGee. He married Celia Mary Cash on March 3, 1925, in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. They had one daughter during their marriage. After they divorced, he then married Laura E. McClellan on March 12, 1932, in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. He died on August 20, 1955, in San Bernardino, California, at the age of 51, and was buried in Whittier, California.
