Biography
Phebe (Foster) Warner was born in 1782. She was the daughter of Thomas Foster and Sarah "Sally" (Meigs) Foster. She married Heman Warner. She passed away in 1817. She was buried in Warners Village Cemetery in Warners, Van Buren, Onondaga, New York, United States.[1]
