Jabez was born on 13 May 1847 in Little Carlton, Lincolnshire, England. He was the son of Stovin Foster and Ann Darnill. [1]
He married Sarah Ann Penney on 10 May 1870 in Mangonui, Northland, New Zealand. [2]
He passed away on 30 January 1936 in Oruaiti, Mangonui, Northland, New Zealand. [3]
