Lula Foster is a part of US Black heritage.

Lula was born in 1894. She is the daughter of Cook Foster and Sarah Balm. In 1900, the family was living in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.[1] In 1910, Lula was listed as Luvesta on the census.[2]
