Biography
When Isaac Thomas Foster was born on March 22, 1854, in Upshur, West Virginia, his father, John, was 23 and his mother, Magdalane, was 15. He married Sarah Fannie Fletcher on June 1, 1873, in his hometown. They had four children in 15 years. He died on March 16, 1933, in Upshur, West Virginia, at the age of 78, and was buried in Buckhannon, West Virginia.
