Elizabeth Mary Foust was born on 7 Sep 1863 in Carey, Crawford Township, Wyandot, Ohio, her father, Franklin William Fous and her mother, Mary (McFeeters. She married Joseph Dennison Young on15 Jan 1888 in Mount Gilead, Morrow, Ohio. She died of phthisis (tuberculosis) on 10 Feb 1908 in Cardington, Morrow, Ohio and buried in Glendale Cemetery, Cardington, Morrow County, Ohio'
