Biography

Frank Fouts was born on January 29, 1888 in Boston, Massachusetts according to his WWI Draft record.[1] He was actually named at birth, Frank John Sylvester, born in Leominster, Massachusetts on January 29, 1888.[2][3] He was the son of John Sylvester and Nancy E _____. [3] [4]

Frank died on April 28, 1959 in Rochester.[13] He is buried in Greenlawn Cemetery, Mexico (Miami County), Indiana.[8]
