Samuel Fowler (soldier) married Mary Ward, both of full age, on 2 October 1898 in Dublin. Fathers John Fowler (deceased) Clerk & John Ward, Slater. Witnesses James Carr and Rose Morgan.

In December 1899 the Fowler family lived in Wentworth Cottege, Terenure, County Dublin, Ireland where son John was born, Samuel was a postman. ^[1]

On 31 March 1901 the Fowler family lived in Terenure, Rathfarnham, County Dublin. ^[2] Samuel Fowler (25) Postman born in Manchester with wife Mary Fowler (29) General Servant and son John Fowler (1) both born in Dublin, all Catholic.
