Ann Fox (married name Badgery) was born on 9 October 1850 in Sutton Forest, New South Wales, Australia, the daughter of Isaac Fox and Sarah Carter.^[1]

She married the widowed John Alexander Badgery in 1882 in Sydney, New South Wales.^[2] Their children were:

• Thomas Lambert Badgery (1883–1957)
• Philip O. Alexander Badgery (1885–1947)
• Enid Gertrude Badgery (1887–?)
• Malcolm Fox Badgery (1889–1939)
• Ronald Oscar Badgery (1891–1970)

Ann died in 1927 at North Sydney, New South Wales.^[3] Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954), Monday 19 December 1927, page 10. ^[4] BADGERY. - At No. 10 Spofforth-street, Cremorne, Ann, widow of the late John A. Badgery, of Ivy Hall, Exeter, in her 78th year. No flowers, by request. Private interment.
