Sarah was born on the 2nd April 1718 the daughter of John Fox (~1700 - ), in the parish of St Mary Magdalene, Taunton, Somerset.^[1]

Research Notes

The burial of a Sarah Fox was recorded on the 10th June 1774 at St Mary Magdalene's Church, Taunton. Her denomination was shown as Anglican which casts a doubt about her being our Sarah as the Porters were staunchly Independent.^[3]
