Biography
Mattie Fox was born on December 17, 1858 in Bossier Parish, Louisiana to Thomas and Catherine (Scanner) Fox.[1]
She married Walker Reynolds Bumgardner on October 13, 1895 in Bossier Parish, Louisiana.[2][3][4][5]
They had two daughters
- Lilly May Bumgardner (1892 to after 1910)
- Jennie Lee Bumgardner Martin (1896 - 1952)
Mattie died at 73 years old on November 4, 1932 in Ida, Louisiana and is buried in Bethsaida Cemetery in Ide, Louisiana.[6][7]
