She was the daughter of George Maples Fox and Harriet Collis.
On 6 June 1877 she was a Witness at the marriage of her sister, Fanny Susannah Cotton Fox, to Frederick Henry Marfleet.
On 6 February 1883 she married Arthur Edward Hall, a draper, with issue.
