Harry Bascom Fox was born in Guyandotte, West Virginia on November 4, 1905^[1]. He was the son of Clio Fox and Daisy Hogg.

At the time of the 1910 U.S. Census, Clio D, Daisy, Ray, Afton, and Harry Fox were listed as living in Guyandotte, West Virginia^[2].

At the time of the 1920 U.S. Census, Clio D, Daisy L, Effie A, Robert R, and Harry B Fox were listed as living in Huntingdon, West Virginia^[3].

Harry married Elizabeth Walls in Lawrence County, Ohio on September 19, 1929^[4].

At the time of the 1930 U.S. Census, Clio, Daisy L, Afton, Harry B, and Coyle Fox were listed as living in Huntington City, Ohio^[5]. At the time of the census, Harry's occupation was listed as "Pattern Maker" for a railroad shop.

Harry died in 1958, and was buried in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, West Virginia^[6].
