Hi. I am a descendant of William Freame through his daughter Anne who married James Tittle. They lived in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. I have a marriage date for William & Elizabeth:

William Frame. Served in 1781 under Captain Robert Dickey; little is known of him. He had baptized here Ann in March 1781, and Elizabeth in July 1782. Pennsylvania Archives 5th Series, Volume 6, pages 285 & 315. Source: American Revolutionary Soldiers of Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
