Robert was born about 1668.^[1]

Marriage of Robert France and Elizabeth Jessop 6 April 1697 at Kirkheaton, Yorkshire.^[2]

Daughter Mary baptised 17 July 1700 at Kirkheaton, Yorkshire.^[3] Mary died in 1706 and was buried at Kirkheaton on 12 May 1706.^[4]

There is a burial for Robert France at Kirkheaton on 1 July 1707.^[5]

Robert France ... He passed away about 1748.^[6]

Research Notes

Notes on looking for sources - Added source for baptism given, but there was another Robert France born a year earlier at Almondbury who could also have been the husband of Elizabeth Jessop.^[7]

Daughter Mary born 1700 died in childhood 1706 (see above) so cannot be the wife of Abraham or James Vickers. (note, the burial 12 May 1706 has been transcribed as a baptism by Ancestry but the original clearly shows sepult = buried rather than bapt.)
