Italian citizen Pietro Franchetti arrived from Italy to Stockholm Katarina 18 January 1923. He was a musician, born in Filignano 5 January 1896, Roman catholic and unmarried. He was accompanied by Maria Luisa Franchetti, a governess, presumably his (younger) sister, also unmarried. They initially moved in at Stora Glasbruksgatan (which seems to have been the "Little Italy" of Stockholm).[1] In November 1925 he moved to Storkyrkoförsamlingen, where he lived in the household of Katarina Eleonora Brambeck, born Franchetti [2] She was presumably another (elder) sister. She arrived from Finland as a widow with a bunch of children.
