(Changed name to Peterson, added birthplace of Vermont and added sources for "Why." Rowen-9 21:24, 6 December 2015 (EST))
The starting point is the information in the existing profile, before changes:
The changes made (Rowen-9 21:24, 6 December 2015 (EST)) can be explained by working backward:
The SSDI doesn’t have a matching entry. There is, however, a RENA M PATERSON which has the same dates, with Hampden County listed as last residence. The MAVR Death index is similar the death date is 18JUL but other than that the data matches the Wiki profile starting data.
A change from PETE to PETERSON seems in order.
There should be at least two marriages. One to Joseph M. Pete or Peterson and a second to XXX Francis.
Joseph M Pete, not found (yet).
There is, however, a Vermont marriage between Rena M FLYNN and George Albert FRANCIS, on 02JAN1917. This names a husband AND Rena’s parent, William Flynn and Lucy A Chase. It does raise a small problem, Rena seems young, about 14 (assuming the 1903 birth year.)
Rena’s sister, Madeline Jeanneatte Flynn, gets married in 1915, in Burlington, with the record having the same parents for the bride (William J Flynn, Lucy A Chase).
With the parent’s names and an unusual name, “Rena”, and a year, the birth record should be simple. It isn’t. Nothing comes up in a search for Rena. Using the parents as a filter, however, yields an unnamed FEMALE. The birth date matches our starting data, 24MAR1903.
There is probably a Christening record out there somewhere. I don’t know the churches in Underhill, VT.
