The 1850 U.S. Census reports Sarah and her husband David Robinson as being born in Montgomery, County, Virginia.
According to an article by David Cisco: "In September 1801, Jacob and Catherine sold all their land in Montgomery County, Virginia to Michael Price, Jr. Coincidentally, there is a large Price family listed on the 1830 Census as neighbors to the Robinson clan. The family Francisco moved to Russell County, VA, and this area would be annexed to Tazewell County in 1806. Jacob appears in the Russell County tax lists in 1802 and 1806.
Sarah's first two children were named Catherine and Jacob inferring the namesakes of her two parents, Jacob Francisco and Catherine (?) Francisco.
In the database for VA Marriages 1775-1940, Sarah is shown in the record as the mother of Priscilla Robinson.
In the 1870 US Federal Census in Elk Garden, Russell County, VA, Sarah is reported in the household of Susan Robinson. Her age is listed as 85.
