Biography
Colonel Gilbert William Francklyn (1810-1898)of the 37th & 17th Regiments.
He married Sarah Jane Cunard on 1 September 1840 at Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
He died aged 88 ion Nov. 11th 1898 at Speen Hill Lodge, Newbury, Berkshire, England
