Katarina Frank was born in 1750, Bruchsal, Karisruhe, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany, and died 10 July 1834 in the colony of Herzog (Susly) Russia.[1]
She is the daughter of Michael Frank and Anna Eva 'Unknown Surname'.
Katharina was 16 when she was recorded on the First Settlers List of Herzog, Russia. The Frank family was in the last household #35. Michael Frank was 56 years old, Anna Eva was 40, and her brother Georg was 15.[2]
Katharina's brother Georg moved from Herzog to Louis in 1795.
Katharina Frank married Michael Wittman, in 1798 they had eight sons and three daughters. Their eldest son Georg is listed as age 22, insane. Their youngest son is 2 years old. [3] Katarina and husband Michael both died before 1834.
