Felix Jefferson Franklin was born 27 Apr 1890 in Yolande, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama[1] to John Thomas "Goob" Franklin and Delia Parsons.[2][3][4]
In 1917 he was living in Yolande when he registered for the draft during WWI and was described as being married with a wife and child and of medium height and slender build with blue eyes and black hair.[1]
He was married on 18 Jul 1914 in Jefferson County, Alabama to Eula Bell Oswell.[5]
