She married twice. Her first husband was William Horn/Horne who died in 1698. She secondly married John B. Parrish. They had nine children together.[2] She died about 1731 in Maryland.

“His marriage is recorded among the records of the West River Quaker Meeting as follows:
Jno. Parrish, son of Edward & Clare Parish of A.A. Co married 11th month 23, 1700 to Sarah Horn widow & daughter of Robt. & Sarah Franklin, of A. A. Co.[3] The couple's intention to marry on the 3 day of the 11th month 1700 can also be found in the meeting minutes of Clifts Quaker church in Calvert County. This notice states that Sarah has a child by her former husband”.[4]
