Biography
Stuart was born in 1892. He was the son of Tarquin Franklin and Lavinia J Foster.
Canada Census Event Date 31 March 1901: Recorded in the household of his uncle J Clinton Foster in Norfolk (south/sud), Ontario, Canada. Aged 8. Also with him was his mother Lavinia.
He married Jennie Lella Kier on 27 December 1911 at Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada.[1]
Stuart was drafted into the 1st World War.
His father died in 1914.
Canada Census Event Date 1920: Living with his wife, two sons Harold and Lloyd, and mother Lavinia Foster in Ashtabula Ward 4, Ashtabula, Ohio, United States. Aged 30.
His mother died in 1924.
Tragically both his sons died in the 2nd World War.
He passed away in 1959 at the age of about 66.
