Biography
William Franklin was born in Neston, Corsham, on 16 October 1845.[1] He was the son of Jacob Franklin (1826 - 1915) and Sarah Barnett (1827 - 1859).[1]
He married Elizabeth Jane "Bessie" Viveash in Bath in 1875.[2]
He died on Box Hill on 26 October 1901, 10 days after his 56th birthday.[3]
