Biography
Austin was born in 1881. He was the son of James Franklin and Elizabeth Cocke.
Austin married Bess Luella Koogler in Los Angeles, California, in 1817.[1]
He registered for the WWI draft in Yuma in 1917[2] and the WWII draft in 1942 in Somerton, Yuma, Arizona.[3]
He passed away in 1955.[4]
