Biography

Stephen was born in 1826. He was the son of William Franklin and Lydia Busey. ^{[1] [2]} He passed away in 1863.^{[3] [4]}

On 4 February, 1862, he married Lucy A Ashby. ^{[5] [6]} She was the daughter of Zachariah Ashby and Louisiana Darnaby. Stephen and Lucy had the following children:

1. Stephen Franklin was born 18 Mar 1863 in Kentucky , died 25 May 1933 and is buried in Best Cemetery, Anderson County, Kentucky.^{[7][8] [9]}
