Malbert Eugene Franklin was born 11 Feb 1909^[1] in Illinois to Baldy Franklin and Josephine Noll.^[2][3][4][5]

Malbert died at Flora Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Flora, Clay County, Illinois^[2] on 12 Jan 2013 and is buried in Dillman Cemetery, Sailor Springs, Clay County, Illinois.^[1]
