William Hardy Franklin was born 2 April 1880 in Charleston, Hopkins, Kentucky, United States. He was the son of James E. Franklin and Louisa F. Young.[1]
He married Ruth Fox on 25 July 1905 in Hopkins County, Kentucky.[2]
William Hardy Franklin, age 85, died 4 August 1965, at the Lone Oak Rest Home in Dawson Springs, Hopkins County, Kentucky and was buried at Dunn Cemetery in Dawson Springs.[3][1][4]
