Biography

Jacob Heinze Franx was born on 25 June 1918 at The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands. He was the son of Theodorus Gerhardus Franx and Elisabeth Stephania Spa.

On 25 May 1938, at The Hague, aged 19, a florist, he married Tannetje Jozina Daansen, aged 22.

He passed away on 12 September 1976 at Johannesburg, South Africa, aged 58. He was buried at Westpark Cemetery, Johannesburg. His wife lived until 2010 and was buried in the same location.
