Biography
Stella Irene Fraser was born in 1887 to Alexander Fraser and Clarissa Geddes. She married William Bell Charters. She passed away in 1976.[1] Stella is buried at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Sooke on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
