William "BILL" was born in 1931. He was the son of Ernest Fraser and Queenie Farlow. William was born in Carlisle WA
William served in the army from the 1950's until the mid 1960's and
worked in security until just before he passed away. he loved his golf.
William died 18 Jan 1985 (aged 53) in Canberra A.C.T. from cancer.
