Notes
Note H00006Obituary, Mrs. John H. Hunter
Another well known citizen of Chinguacousy township, Peel County, passed away Wednesday morning, when Mrs. John H. Hunter, answered the final summons. She died at her residence 104 St. John's Road, Toronto. She was the daughter of the late John Fraser, a pioneer of the Churchville district, and her death was the first break in the family for over 55 years. Her husband predeceased her four years ago.
The late Mrs. Hunter was born in Churchville and resided in that section of Chinguacousy up to the time of her marriage. She then moved to Mount Pleasant, residing there until about two years ago, when she went to Toronto to live. She was a Presbyterian and was an active worker in Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by a family of three sons: Fraser, of Hamilton; John and Nathaniel, Toronto; and two daughters, Mrs. John McClure, Vancouver, B. C., and Miss Grace, of Toronto."
