Ephraim was born about 1754 in Granville, North Carolina. He was the son of Jeremiah Frazier and Faith Lou Thompson.
He married Anna Barnette and they had seven children together.
Ephraim married second time at age 65 to Elizabeth Blackwell on Dec 12, 1820, in Granville, North Carolina.[1]
He passed away at the age of 84, about 1842, as his will was probated in 1839 in Granville, North Carolina by Elizabeth Frazier, Devisee.[2]
A debt owed by Ephraim, Ransom, and Howell Frazier to William Frazier was documented on 2 Feb 1827 in Granville Co., NC. [3]
