Biography

Francis was born in 1846. She was the daughter of David Frazier and Ruth Merrill. She married Samuel James Icke about 1865. She passed away in 1926 and is buried in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Pumpkin Center, Nodaway County, Missouri. [1]
