Isaac Frazier was born on 2 Jan 1842 in Coffee County, Tennessee and died on 23 Nov 1925 in Coffee County, Tennessee. [1] He is buried in the Concord Cemetery in Coffee County, Tennesse. [2] His father was John Frazier.[1]

Isaac Tobias Frazier fought with the CSA in the civil war with Co. K 24th Tenn. Inf..[6] He fought at Shilo thru Franklin Tenn. until he was injured. He was then captured in Nashville, Tenn. and put in Union prison and released in March of 1865. He was discharged at the rank of Corporal.[7]
