Biography
Chapman J. Frashier was born 12 October 1849 in Giles County, Virginia, to Creed T. Frasher and Charlotte Mullins. On 30 September 1875, he married Sarah A. Williams in Giles County, Virginia.[1] He died 27 February 1920 in Giles County, Virginia, and is buried in Lybrook Cemetery.[2]
