Biography

Charlotte Thankful Freeman was born October 16, 1801, the daughter of Watson and Experience (Freeman) Freeman of Boston[1] [2]

She married Winslow Warren Seaver, the son of John Sever and Nancy Russell of Kingston, Massachusetts.[3] [4]

WInslow died in 1832. No death record for Charlotte has yet been found.

  3.  :: On 23 April 1830, Winslow W. Seaver of Boston, Gentleman, and Charlotte T. F. Seaver, wife in her right, sold land in Granville, Hampden County, for $3000 paid by Watson Freeman of Boston, merchant. The Deed was for all the rights and interest in a farm in Granville, Hampden County, by value of deed of mortgage for $3000 given by Watson Freeman to Charlotte T. Freeman, now my wife. The deed was signed by Winslow W. Seaver, C. T. F. Seaver (Hampden County (Massachusetts) Land Records, Volume 78, Page 714, abstracted from FHL Microfilm 0,849,196, provided by Margaret Jenks).
  4. Winslow W. Sever of Dorchester died testate, having written a will on 27 May 1830, which was filed in Norfolk County Probate Court on 7 February 1832 and proved there on 6 March 1832. His wife Charlotte T.F. Sever was appointed executrix.The will reads (Norfolk County (Massachusetts) Probate Docket 16,351 (Volume 57, Page 105, FHL Microfilm 1,509,414)
