Biography

David was born in 1657. He was the son of Ralph Freeman and Katherine Lyon.[citation needed]

In 1696 David Freeman was one of six men who made "free gifts" of 1 pound each "toward the building of a Meeting House" in the town of Attleborough.[1] There was mention of the location of "David Freeman's house" in the Attleborough town meeting on 25 March 1701.[2] On 21 July 1714 the town proprietors voted that "two acres of land on the hill before Mr David Freeman's where the Burying place now is shall be laid out for a Burying place for Attleborough." [3]

He married, as his second wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Ide after intentions were proclaimed on 03 December 1726.[4]

  2. Margaret (Freeman) Short
  3. Hannah (Freeman) Pidge
