Jane was born ca 1627. She passed away 18 Jan 1690.
Notes
Jane's birth and marriage dates are rough estimates based on the birthdates of her first known child, Thomas Hobart.
Many unsourced trees use the name "Freeman" as Jane's last name at birth. However, after much research, there is no supporting evidence for this surname. It appears that the name arose from a misinterpretation of a source quotation that included a truncated reference to Thomas's attainment of freeman status in the community. The quote, out of context, therefore gives the appearance that Jane's name is Freeman.

Freeman-9425 and Unknown-437774 appear to represent the same person because: There is no supporting source evidence for an LNAB of Freeman. Source material only ever refers to her as Jane. There is no Jane Freeman of correct approximate age and location mentioned in the accepted source material for this time period. Please read the notes section of Unknown-437774 for a possible explanation of the name Freeman in some trees.
