Etta was born in 1873. She was the daughter of James Parley French and Isabelia Patience Morton.

She married Jeff Wilhoite 23 Oct 1897.^[1]

She passed away in 1930 and is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henry County, Tennessee.^[2]
