Biography
Charlotte Frere was the daughter of Charles Frere and Charlotte Vansittart Neale.[1]
In the 1851 Census of England, Charlotte Vansittart (aged 5) lived in Stroud Green Lane in the parish of Croydon, Surrey, England with her parents, Charles Frere and Charlotte Vansittart Frere.[2]
Marriage and family
In 1882 she married artist and writer Allan G Folliott-Stokes, of St Ives, author of several important books on Cornwall.
