Lily Fretwell was born around 1866 in Skircoat, Yorkshire.[1] She was christened on 20 March 1867 in Salterhebble.[2]
She died on 17 December 1926.[3][4] She was buried in Halifax General Cemetery. The burial record lists her as a widow, but her last name is still Fretwell and she doesn't seem to have ever married. Her grave seems to have been purchased by a James Sutcliffe, which supports this being the right Lily Fretwell.
