Allan Mark Friedman, 57, of Phoenix, a financial consultant, died Oct. 22, 1994. He was born in St. Paul, Minn. Survivors include his son, Mark Allan; mother Ruby; and brothers, Stephen and Michael. Services: 1.p.m. Friday, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23209 N. Cave Creek Road. Contributions: Arizona Kidney Foundation, 4019 N 44th St., No. 201, Phoenix, AZ 85018. Sinai Mortuary.
