Margaret was christened on 10 February 1541 at Normanton, Yorkshire, England.
Her sons Richard and William are mentioned in the will of her brother Sir Martin Frobisher in August 1594: "Richard Jacksonne, son of my sister Margaret Jackson, deceased ... To Richard Jackson my lease of the manor of Haughton, co. York, provided that he on the feasts of the Annunciation and St. Michael, shall pay unto William Jackson his brother, 10L. at each payment 5L."[1]
She died about 1587 and was buried at Bishop Burton on 7 January 1587/1588 "Mrs Margret Jackson wife of Anthonie Jackson".[2]
