Biography

Jemima Frost, the eldest child of John Frost and Ruth Scripture, was born on 16 January 1715, in Groton, Middlesex, Massachusetts ^[1]. She has eleven younger siblings, nine sisters and two brothers.

Jemima married James Hartwell in 1738.

Jemima and James had at least 7 children, Jemima, Molly, Amasa, Susanna, Jonathan, Elizabeth, and Sarah.
