Elizabeth Frost was born on 04 July 1684 in Kittery, York, (then) Province of Massachusetts Bay, (now Maine), the daughter of Charles and Mary (Bolles) Frost.
She was named in her father's will, that of Charles Frost of Kittery, Province of Maine, dated 7 January 1690/1 and proved 03 November 1697, as a minor daughter.[1][2][3]
Elizabeth died 21 May 1696 in her 14th year, and was buried in a shared grave with her sister Sarah (Frost) Redgrave in the Point of Graves cemetery in Portsmouth, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.[4] Her gravestone inscription there reads:
