Biography
Winifred was born in 1885. She was the daughter of Israel Fry and Mary Felton.
Winnie married Hilliary L. Phillips on April 11, 1903 in Nickliew, Barbour County, West Virginia.[1]
She passed away in 1907[2] and was buried in Cross Roads Cemetery in Barbour County, West Virginia[2].
