Biography
Julius was adopted by his mother's second husband in America as a young boy. It's quite likely he didn't remember his biological father. He later moved to America as well. I have found no document of a divorce in Switzerland. The last name is pronounced "Fox" not "Fooks" As with all my tree I keep the documents on Ancestry and it is public.
